You should find that using:-
 - John's Consolidate4744 changeset
 - in a #4743 image
 - with http://sumeru.stanford.edu/tim/pooters/SqFiles/deltas/VMMaker-3-2-version5.4.cs
 - and the latest checkout from squeak.sourceforge.net

will produce a good up to date vm. Obviously, once the changesets are in
the main image (or in a module!) this will become much simpler. When
sqCVS is likewise available and OSProcess is fully integrated, it will
become a single button press.
