Using the stock 3.2gamma-4743 image, I started up and it couldn't find
the sources file.  So it showed a little popup saying it couldn't find
it and 
"Further explanation can found
in the startup window, 'How Squeak Finds Source Code.'"

As far as I could tell, there is no such window, and I think this is
likely to confuse newcomers.  Also, it should be "can BE found".
