Reading/writing JPEG comments

Hi Joshua,
Besides needing ths JPEG standard to allow your data, you also need
LibJPEG to be able to handle it. I did a quick search in the LibJPEG
docs and didn't find anything. Perhaps you could read them in more
detail.
