Answering the call to "just do it" on my 'FreeDB/CDDB' idea, I've
implemented the back end for the Squeak shared class and method comments
database.

If anyone would like to take up the gauntlet on browser integration, please
do!  I will be adding the functionality to examine the contents via the web,
but obviously that is secondary to my intent.
