Encourage faculty to come to workshop!

I don't have funding enough to pay for recording and transcribing
every session, but we will be producing a CD and posting material on
the Swiki at http://coweb.cc.gatech.edu/mmworkshop. If presenters
want to put together text materials (we weren't really planning for a
proceedings), we can certainly include them on the CD, and I think
it's a great idea if Tansel's publishing folks want to put it all
together as a book!
