Note precisely a PDA:

(From the PicoPeta site)

The Simputer is not a PDA; it is in fact a Community Digital Assistant
(CDA). The CDA shares all the features of a personal computer, including a
modern multi-tasking operating system that runs on PCs. The Simputer is
designed to be a shared device. It is the first device to have an integrated
Smart Card reader/writer. The Smart Card interface enables sharing of the
device amongst several in a community.

Should be squeakable, tho.
