OK, I think I've isolated the problem's trigger. Doesn't make sense, but I
can do it consistently. 

First get
http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/squeak/uploads/2488/Befunge%2093.12.cs.gz.
Install it into a fresh 3.2 image.
Open up a system browser and rename VisualBefunge93Morph to
VisualBefunge93. Now edit and save any of VisualBefunge93's
keyword:message: methods, and it'll whip itself into decompiled code, with
t1 t2 and no comments.

No other class names seem to trigger this. Is this bug simply squeak
complaining about the indignity of running VB software? Is squeak alive?
