Diego,

The problem is a nuisance now, but could easily escalate to something worse.
The news has recently told of possible legal restrictions which might be
placed on one of the major online auction sites because there is a suspicion
some seller's descriptions are being used to disseminate illegal
communications. It would be far better to develop reasonable safeguards of
our own than to have the Swikis restricted or outlawed entirely by
overzealous legislators and law-enforcement officials. Nor, for that
matter, would we be likely to want to have the Swikis abused by anyone with
criminal intent.
