Incidentally...

What exactly happens to files that are uploaded to the minnow swiki?  If
for example, someone uploads an EXE that is questionable, and then we 
remove the reference to that EXE on the next rollback...the EXE is still
there, somewhere, isn't it?  Someone would have to manually delete
the file from the machine to truly purge it, wouldn't they?
