This is the third report for the VI4 Project.

Not much has happened w.r.t. this project since the last report. Anthony 
has developed some further improvements to his closure system. At some 
time in the hopefully near future I will be able to open up time to 
provide the code the quality of review that it deserves in preparation 
for inclusion in the mainstream.

The remaining major work for closures is support for all those obscure 
and wonderful little tricks one can do with blocks - callCC, 
swapSenders, stack them up, build little houses and pyramids etc. Some 
considerable attention to the needs of JITers will be needed.
