I think this was back in the 2.1 days.

I wish someone had this archived! AFAIK, it wasn't finished, but there was
something done- there was code up on his site.  As far as I can tell, he
may still be with this institution, so I've emailed the only Joerg
(joerg.NOvandervlies at fernuni-SPAMhagen.de) on their personnel page
(http://www.informatik.fernuni-hagen.de/import/pi3/personen/index.html).

If you look it up on the Wayback Machine (http://www.archive.org), the
only mirrored version says "QT and GTK Squeak Smalltalk are no longer
available. Here's the latest source. Here's the latest image."  Doesn't
have the source mirrored, unfortunately.
