StarSqueak has been in the standard Squeak image for about a year. The
StarSqueak plugin has been built into VM's for some time, too, although
I'm not sure in which VM release it first appeared. (But, as others have
pointed out, the StarSqueakLife example does not use any those primitives.)

To find StarSqueak, you can do a "find class..." for "StarSqueak" in the leftmost
pane of your browser. Enjoy!
