[ENH] Morphic - Grouping Morphs

If you have 3.2gamma, there's two menu items at the bottom whose 
implementation is missing: "place into a row" and "place into a column".

The attached change set is a quick implementation of these items.

For some reason, "group" is missing in 3.2.
