Hello,

Try to change category of your application by editing manually for example, and replace your old category by 'Project-MyProjectName'.
And then perform :
   Repository
        importChangesFromFileNamed: 'MyGoodie.cs'
        intoModuleAt: #(Project MyProjectName)
