If people want to sweat a little on modules at SqueakEnd, make the RB
load on 3.3a.
Warning, this will probably not be trivial. It'll probably require
making DeltaModules deal with format changes.

However, it will make it much easier to use the RB, and for me/anyone
else to maintain it.
