The attached changeset adds a preference called
mapObsoleteClassNamesToNewVI4Classes.  When on (the default), it will
map old class names to new classes such as BlockContext -> BlockClosure.
This mapping is not fully compatible, but it will allow existing 3.2
changeset to be filed into VI4 as is.  If you get bugs after filing in,
then browse the changeset for obsolete classes by using the 'find VI4
obsolete class' menu option.  And adapt them for the new VI4 classes.
