Morning all.

You will NOT get very far until I build a new VM. there are changes to  
the B3DAcceleratorPlugin for example, an
addition of a BMPReadWriterPlugin, that require a new VM. You also need  
to have the mpeg3Plugin.bundle and SqueakFFIPrims.bundle.

So go have lunch/dinner etc and give me a few more hours to debug  
things.

Then I'll announce how to make it work under os-x.
