I've got a fresh 3.4a image.  I load SqueakMap / SMLoader from the 
bootstrap ( open -> Package Loader  and follow the prompts ... ), then 
try to to load SqueakMap 1.02.  I get prompted for opening SMLoader and 
click OK.  The new instance of SMLoader still shows SqueakMap 1.02 in 
the list of packages.

Is this just a bug in how the list gets displayed?
