[BUG][3.4a][SqueakMap] I'm having to install SqueakMap 1.02 twice

Normally packages don't need to "tell" your SMSqueakMap instance what
version they are when they get installed - SqueakMap handles all that by
itself. But SqueakMap itself suffers from the "bootstrap" problem - it
is installed using the good old filein. So it has a postscript that
creates the default map and tells it that "Hey, I was just installed
myself and I am version X".

So whenever I release a new SqueakMap package I need to update that
postscript. Yep - if that is not a trap then what is...
