As to a name, I'm quite partial to "The Cheese Board".  But my favorite is

	The Mousekeepers

This is partly a pun on "Housekeepers" -- the people who make sure 
that the basic infrastructure is in working order.  And partly a 
reference to the need to look after our friend with the whiskers, who 
gives us so much joy.
