Hi all!

Phew - SM has been repaired and the packages that "stole" other packages
ids have been given new ids. This means we now have 60 packages but
please take a look guys - some of you have re-registered packages and
now you can delete one of those of course - GLORP port, SARBuilder,
SARInstaller etc.

I also threw in a quick fix so that this will not happen again - and
then I will wait and see what the UUID thread comes up with in regard of
"fix" for this.

Now I am off for a pizza.
