Hi,

After the last 'defacement' of one of the Swiki's we (The InternetOne) host, I
have decided to block upload access across the line - one by one, some kids
finds out about an open swiki and start uploading MP3's, and it costs me more
time to cleanup that it's worth it. If you want to make files accessible, put
them on a Swiki or FTP/HTTP server you control and point from there to the
Swiki. 

I think we really need some web-of-trust/introduction based system in order to
at least control who's allowed to upload (see the discussions the last time
this happened).
