Hi,

I have added support for
   - incrementation navigation (arrows up down left right)
   - jump navigation (letters)
   - expansion + collapsing with (ctrl or alt) and (cr or arrows left or 
right)

Also made first item being selected by default.

Tried with CategoricalSMLoader + ObjectExplorer and it works nicely.
Done in 3.2 and 3.4
