Zip-based Squeak distributions -- ideas needed

I'm not familiar with the way that Craig packaged Flow, but being in a
single file, I wonder this: can what is in these packages be managed using
the regular tools?  That is, with a setup like what Ned is proposing, one
could still "browse code" using the tools already in the image, with very
minimal modification (unzip to a temp folder, read those changesets).
