How would you use DVS for a package that included a removal of a 
method that's shipped with some other (non-DVS) package? I ran into 
this just now, as I'd needed to do a little re-factoring on some 
system classes to make something work.

Since DVS doesn't seem to be able to express method removals, it would 
seem to be unable to do this...
