Sure; I can use convert (ImageMagick) in a shell script if I know how=20
much to crop by.

The real problem here is that the bitmaps will make huge PDFs=20
(~0.4MB/page?). Perhaps the resolution can also be reduced, though=20
that's going to make the screen shots even harder to read.
