You're always free to do what you want with it, after all if it's your stuff,
you are the one to license it and you are free to put it out under as many
licenses as you want. 

The reason that I want to have a license agreement (maybe not as a enforcable
license, as Andrew puts it, but more as an announcement of intent) is that I
hope the cookbook becomes a success - to the extent that a publisher wants to
make a print version of it, for example. I want to make it clear that by
posting your code on the cookbook, that this might happen with your stuff.
