[ANN] New Version of VI4 (block closures)

Anthony,

Just tried following the installation instructions to generate interp.c,
and got an error due to DecompileBacktrackSize being undeclared.  This is
with a fresh 3.2 image, on Linux.

Anyone have any better luck?
