Yes - and in this case, the urgent need was to have a better way of
categorizing source into packages.  I'm sure CVSTProj works well for
Dolphin, VW, etc, which already have good notions of modularity.  In
Squeak, however, CVST relies on changesets to define packages, which is
(in my experience) a fragile and frustrating way of managing code.  This
was one major impetus behind developing DVS instead of working on
CVSTProj (the other was that I was curious to try an approach that I have
since abandoned, of translating unified diffs from CVS into Squeak
changesets - the D in DVS stood for Diff-based).
