RB and VI4 (was Re: [ANN] SqueakMap RC2 and SM Loader 0.96 out)

Ack! em, sorry, I mislead you. I don't, at this moment, have a clue what
to do with that sort of dump, maybe Hannan can, or some experienced VM
hacker.

I was talking about a Squeak debug.log file, if there is one, so I can
see what Smalltalk code is causing the problems, and maybe figure out
why...

About the Spaghetti tracer, the SM description (package, nor version
level) has something preliminary. If you try that out and let me know
what you think, maybe I can expand on it.

I will soon continue working on it, and might have something thats
better as a demo or actual usable UI tool, but it might still take a
while.
