I just released a new VM (3.2.3 now) which is available in the download
section of http://squeak.sourceforge.net/ or directly from

There haven't been too many changes - mostly I've been folding back some
other stuff, adding some latest primitive enhancements and fixed a few
problems including:

* the VM's sound preference setting is now persistent
* the FFI has no longer the debug code active (ouch!)
* the CWD is now set to the image location
