Squeak 3.2 and windows VM

Hi Anthony,

The two versions have been folded into a single one. You can change
between D3D/OpenGL by starting Squeak pressing F2 and then choose "Use
OpenGL instead of D3D" from the "Display & Sound" settings. So there's
just no need for two different versions (it always bothered me).

Cheers,
  - Andreas
