I'm not sure, but there must be. Russia is a very big country with lots of
programmers. Russian language is also popular in many other countries.
Microsoft Windows has several cyrillic encodings and many cyrillic
fonts. There are Russian versions of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft
Office.
