Hmm, I have to investigate this. One possible reason is when you have a
server definition that uses a "normal" ServerDirectory. The plugin
server definitions all use HTTPServerDirectories. At least they should...

They are, but the webalyzer only lists the ten highest entries, nine of
them are MSIE something...
And with 25.000 hits a day the web log is rather impossible to go
through by hand ;-)
