I hadn't looked at the possibility of Tuesday evening. I like it; 
it'd right after the welcome reception. Thanks for pointing this out.

The outing to the EMP is 7:00-11:00pm, and a lot of folks usually do 
that. We could have the BOF during the dinner hour, but I don't know 
when I'd eat....

So I'm now voting for Tuesday at 7:30pm
(unless a bunch of folks say they aren't going to be there yet then 
since the main conference doesn't start until Wednesday morning).
