[RFC][Harvesting] Grouping bug and fix posts together on one page

I wouldn't mind, but I'm not sure it's worth the trouble. Where a good
previous bug report is available, the trick you demonstrated is a
reasonable solution. 

One day, we could probably really use a proper bug tracker that also
does the mail-list-pick-up-trick.
