[Q] leftover instances

Sometimes "inspect instances" shows me instances where I would not
expect any (class SchemeView). I did empty the trash and purg undo
records and did a "space left".

If I list the "objects pointing to..." I get

         #(SchemeView>>DoItwith: an Inspector #(a TextMorph(1685) a
         #SchemeView(167)) #(a SchemeView(167)))

How do I handle these situation ? Not worry ?
