We're currently looking at having 3 releases per year.  The 1-month 
bugfix release of 3.5 won't be a typical release cycle... we don't want 
to have them that often.

As Squeak evolves and is split up into packages, we may eventually 
adjust the 3 releases per year idea, too.  Perhaps the kernel, for 
example, would not need to change that often.  We'll see how things go.
