[ANN][FIX] New OS/2 VM (and support for OS/2 inVMMaker)

Hi All.
At http://webs.uolsinectis.com.ar/jmvuletich/SqueakForOS2/SqueakForOS2.html you 
can find a new OS/2 vm, made with VMMaker. The attahed CS includes an 
OS2VMMaker class; and a small patch to Interpreter, to fix a method that generated 
questionable C code, that the IBM OS/2 C compiler didn t like (a float function without 
return value).
