The my removal only removes the macrobenchmark* methods from
SystemDictionary. It depends on the VM-removal because this
deletes a removal-method from Systemdictionary which references
the macroBenchmarks-methods.

(Those removals very soon start to depend on each other...)

The removal-package does *not* add a new class: that's in the
MacroBenchmarks package.

(The MacroBenchmarks in the image are actually not working, even pretty
dangerous: They happily destroyed Stephen Pair's disc some months ago
fixes where posted at least by two diffrent people but not added...)
