Squik is just a temporary project name.  If Squeakers adopt it then we
can call it NewSqueak or Squeak-04 or just Squeak version 5.0.  If
Squeakers don't adopt it then there is probably something wrong with it
(or Squeakers are resisting change and I will have to fork off yet another
open-source project).
