Removal scripts for Movies, Flash, and Sound are up on SqueakMap now
(along with the corresponding reinstallation packages). With those three
and also the Nebraska, Speech and Yaxo removal scripts, my image shrinks
from 9.2 MB down to about 8.1 MB.

In some of these scripts (especially the Sound one), I've had to make
some, um, questionable design decisions. :) So it would be useful if
people could look at what I've done and tell me where I've screwed up.
