TextFileStream
vs
OrderedCollection

It doesn't seem extrordinarily long to me. It is a Stream, not a File, so 
the benefits of consistent naming are worth it IMHO.


(PS. Perhaps it is to long - I have always wondered why such a commonly 
used class like OrderedCollection was not called List. I have always 
preferred to 'Huffman code' the names of the common classes, but use long 
names for obscure classes where intention revealing is helpful.
