OSProcessPlugin (OSPP) provides access to Unix/Linux and Windows operating system
functions. OSPP is used by OSProcess for low level system access. Stub classes
are provided for other operating systems (porting help welcome).

The plugin classes contain the complete source code for the Unix and Windows
plugins.  No external support code is required.

OSPP was previously distributed as part of OSProcess. The X display management
functions of OSProcess have been removed, and are now part of the separate
XDisplayControlPlugin package.
