 It is not stupid at all... 3.6 beta is here:

  However, Scamper is not there anymore, and I couldn't 'open' the
Package Loader.  I don't know if this is a temporary problem or not.

  Supposedly, we should be able to load Scamper package:

onto 3.6 beta, and try what you describe.
