Assuming the DVDs get there in time, I'm sure the physical distribution
at ESUG won't be a problem - that's what ESUG has student volunteers
for.
However, if the DVDs are shipped to someone not at Bled, we have little
time - ESUG starts this 26th. That is why I CCed Janko, who is the local
ESUG conference organization guy this year. Janko, can the package
be shipped to you so that if the package arrives until ESUGs end (the
30th) it will still be possible to distribute them?

Do you have student volunteers this year that can help with the
distribution?

Sure, makes sense. I was thinking of distributing DVDs to programmers
with a side interest in education, in which case a
squeak.org/squeak-news style CD might be a useful complement.
