Squeakers wow!

Hi, Cees and other Squeak-dev/foundation folks!

Thanks for all your interest and enthusiasm over our DVD and
soon-to-be-available Etoy project book! It's wonderful to see the
'flurry of activity'.

The PayPal option we chose as our sales and distribution mechanism
seems to be working well. Obviously by charging $6 for the DVD we
are not "making money" but hoping to cover cost of the DVD itself,
cover and shipping...we just want to be able to afford to keep the
DVD "in print" and available for distribution far and wide as it is
desired.

If anyone wanted to by bulk and take to ESUG, etc. I still think the
easiest way for Viewpoints to handle the income would be via PayPal,
but obviously if we received an order for anything over a few DVDs
and/or books we would probably then ship to Europe via Fed Ex.

I don't think the book will be available in time for ESUG -- when
does it start? The 25th? I am just expecting to receive delivery of
the books next week and I still don't know exactly which day.

Anyways...thanks to all of you for your enthusiasm! I am seeing lots
of familiar names coming through the PayPal orders -- I wish we could
afford to send these at no cost to each of you for all you've done,
but vpri is still not "wading in the dough"....
best regards,
Kim
