I read it and it seems fine to me. In short - we state more explicitly
that we want to move Squeak towards MIT. And we take measures to do that
including stating the intent and keeping track of which pieces of the
current image is under MIT.

Sure, we will perhaps never reach 100% MIT, but we will get closer and
closer at least. :-)
And projects like for example Slate (a new Smalltalkish langague) will
benefit - Slate is under MIT.

Finally, I would like to point out that the different VM ports seem to
have different licenses (!).

- The Win32/MacOS and RiscOS port has no information about license that
I could find (on SF), I assume Andreas, John and Tim simply intend
SqueakL.

- The Unix port has a license which is a... well. Ian has added a few
clauses to say the least...
