It's just under SqueakL. The two exceptions are that Ian wants to 
examine each change by himself so you have to send him patches instead 
of publishing your own sources, and that if you use the sources outside 
Squeak it becomes GPL.

Also, this is only relevant for Ian's own files. For example, both my 
sqUnixMozilla.c and sqUnixOpenGL.X11 do not have this extra notice.

We could immediately make our own "politically correct" Unix VM by 
changing all filenames, perhaps with a "pc-" prefix, and hack away ;-)
