An extreme possibility is that Full simply doesn't get any updates. It's
a release, use it, wait for the next release for bug fixes & changes.
Kind of like ordinary software. :-)

I see the Full release as a way to fairly simply introduce people to the
world of Squeak and provide a big, heavily populated system in one
convenient package. It should have all the bells and whistles, neatly
categorized and conveniently accessible. It should have lots of
explanatory stuff built in to let people know how to get started and
where t go to get into the main stream (river!) of activity.
